Seeds of Truth: Growing into ONESelf
SUMMER SOLSTICE KEYNOTE

Soon we shall begin to embark upon the ritualistic endeavor of the Summer Solstice, the experience of light. Currently we are in the energies of the Gemini Lunar Cycle, echoing the empowering voice of life lessons manifest in the truth behind our thoughts, words, and actions. The New Moon June 14th encourages us to get out of our heads and into our hearts. Begin to create opportunity for the new energies, new adventures and relationships. It is essential we maintain an attitude of gratitude for ‘All That Is’ and trust in the ‘Unfoldment’ of life’s outer lessons and soul’s inner promptings.
Whatever lunar cycle we are in, whatever planetary shifts are occurring, whatever change is seeking transformation in our soul’s journey, it is in relation to seeds of truth planted in our consciousness for us to awaken to ‘being’ whole and One with Life. It is time for us to wake up and feel, see, sense and know the essence of truth buried in our pureness of heart, woven in the fabric of our soul’s mission, and the erupting splendor in our spirit’s light.
We are all in a significant time of transition, whether we realize it or not. Each of us is being asked, on a soulful level, to let go of old conditioned patterns of behavior and thought, to move toward a harmonious synthesized self. Our healing requires a sense of spirituality that recognizes our unique sense of being ‘one with’ rather than ‘separate from’. We are connected to a great whole – we are the wholeness, the greatness, the oneness. As we are able to find peace and balance within, we will begin to touch the world around us in Truth, thus creating peace and balance globally.
When we gain the knowledge we have been given everything we need to make this soulful journey, the separate aspects of self come together into a state of wholeness. We gain the under-standing that we behold the ability to assemble and use our life’s tools, lessons learned, symbolic revelations, all for the greater good of the whole. Blending our dual natures of joy and trauma, sorrow and laughter, male and female, yields a birthing through synthesis into a newness and origin of heighten awareness. We all shall begin to become reconciled in a manner of divine right unfoldment – as a higher purpose find’s it way – the way of Unity. Growing into ONEself is the Oneness of Life – the journey from separation to unity, the inner walking of individuality to group life, the personal expression to the impersonal and the embodiment of at-one-ment.
Seeds of Truth planted in the soil of our soul’s inner garden germinate in time when we open our inner eyes with clarity and listen keenly with inner ears – the impression of soul will present, offering further cultivation of intuition. We all must be present, however, to see, listen, and feel with heighten inner knowingness to the impressions before us that we may heed the inner call. The frenetic energy of a fast-paced life attached to emotional outcome and mental mind-games, presents weeds of entangle-
ment that trip us up. Can we get out of our own way – be grounded in truth, clear our heads and free our hearts to experience heaven on earth? Yes!
The allowance of discipline to ritualize itself in our lives is paramount to our ability to savor the truth of our ‘being’ and embrace what is real and what is an illusion. Silent sitting in meditation or a moving meditation will provide a vehicle for centering, balancing and harmonizing all aspects of self, ultimately the OneSelf. The energies of change and transformation are ever-present in our daily lives. With effort and discipline we can make a difference in the world by creating conscious change within our own lives
During this time of Summer Solstice, seeds (of self) nurtured and nourished during Spring’s new growth are now coming to fruition. The keynote of this solstice is transformation and transmutation that instills a greater depth of spirituality. This is a time to open up to right relationship between our human nature and spiritual nature, between the masculine and feminine. “The winter is the time of stimulation of the feminine within us, and the spring is a time of the masculine. Summer is the time of bringing the two together to give birth to the Holy Child residing within each of us. This is a time to ascend to a new form of life expression for us if we utilize these rhythms.” (Ted Andrews, “Nature Speak”). The rhythm of summer’s energies lie in the unfoldment of balance in the light of truth itself.
Now is the time to focus on alignment of our higher nature (soul and spirit) and lower nature (personality) birthing unfoldment in the moment’s light.
UNFOLDMENT
Unfoldment is the gentle whisper
of Infinite God guiding you.
It is the silent knowingness
of how to act, what to do.
The action comes from the message
far and deep within,
Only you can recognize it
if you are mindful as you go in.
The tendency to direct your own course
and make a human choice,
Disregards the essence of unfoldment
delivered from the inner voice.
The difference from intellectual reasoning
and unfolding deep inside,
Is the security of conditioned thought
not the trust of your inner guide.
I know it may seem difficult to make sense
of this at first,
Free your mind of conditioned patterns,
allow yourself to thirst.
Open yourself up freely to the meaning
of all that you are.
Feel yourself indulge in the moment’s brilliance,
you will reach far.
Do not be afraid of the gloriousness
that is a part of you.
Allow yourself to experience the present,
a vision clear and new.
It is trust and patience in the unfolding process
here on earth,
Guided through the ethereal heavens planted
in your soul at birth.
Yes, you can acknowledge the grandness
of all you truly are,
Believe, have faith, release the doubt,
reveal your radiant star.
When it is unfolded unto you,
follow the lead of the Light,
You will be humbly awakened,
embracing inner peace and inner sight.
