RETURNS POLICY (as of 12/06/09)
We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of arrival to your address.
Please send your name and / or order # with returned merchandise.
Items must be in new unused condition, packaged with the same care we used to ship it to you.
Items may be sent back via USPS Mail, or UPS , we recommend using insurance.
If you choose not to use insurance we will not be responsible
for packages lost or damaged in the return mail.
Returns are not accepted on any custom jewelry made to your specifications
such as custom length necklaces .
Exchanges are offered , please email us before you send something back for exchange
so we can check stock for availability.
