Jewelry Guarantee
We guarantee that all jewelry is brand new unless described otherwise, as in estate or used. We guarantee that all gemstones are genuine and natural as opposed to man made or synthetic, unless specifically described as manmade or synthetic. We will Guarantee our jewelry for a period of one year, should a stone become loose or lost out of the setting, we will either repair or replace the piece at no charge.

This jewelry Guarantee does not cover shipping to and from our shop.
This guarantee does not cover jewelry that has been lost or damaged due to accidental causes.

Gift and non jewelry Guarantee
We guarantee that all gift ware items are brand new unless described otherwise, as in estate or used.
There is no express or implied Guarantee on gift ware items, every effort will be made to safely package all items to insure items will arrive undamaged.

If your item arrives with damage please call toll free 1-866-346-1035 toll free 10 AM to 4PM MST Arizona time as soon as possible.

We make every effort to accurately describe our merchandise in all details, however we are not responsible for typographical errors - also prices are subject to change without prior notice. If something does not seem right in a description or **** , please email us before placing the order.
We can not guarantee that all merchandise we show will always be available, some pieces are one of a kind, and sometimes we choose not to restock some items, other times we just run out of a regular stock item for a short period.
