answer - Sorry, we do not sell wholesale, we are retail only
2.) - Do you have a print catalog?
answer - Sorry, we do not have a print catalog just our website
3.) - Do you offer jewelry I see on your pages but modified with different stones etc.?
answer - Sorry, we only offer the exact designs / stones as shown on our web pages
4.) - Do you do custom work?
answer - Sorry,we no longer take in custom work
5.) - Do you ship / sell outside the US?
answer - Sorry, we do NOT sell / ship to overseas addresses nor to Canada
6.) - Do you have a store I can come to and shop?
answer - Sorry, we no longer have a brick & mortar shop - only this website
7.) - You give a 5% discount to your email list subscribers, does that apply to phone in orders also?
answer - no we're sorry, the 5% discount only applies to subscribers that place orders online.
8.) How do you ship?
answer - regular shipping is by the US Post Office mostly 1st class mail with delivery confirmation
packages over 13 ounces will go Priority mail and some packages over $75.00 value may be
sent requiring a signature at our discretion. View our shipping policy here
9.) What is your return policy?
answer - returns are accepted up to 30 days from shipping out.
S&H charges are not refunded to or from our company. Please ask questions
about a product you want to buy before you place the order.
10.) If I sign up for your email list, do you rent , sell or distribute it to others?
answer - NO! we do not give any information you furnish to us for
any purpose to any other company - period!
11.) Is it safe to order from you over the internet?
answer - YES! very safe - at the point of shopping cart "CHECKOUT" all
further procedures are done on protected SSL secure servers.
